This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Pursuant to order of this Court dated 1.8.2017, applicant is prepared to hand over the catering service in Train No.12617/12618 Ernakulam-Hazarat Nizamuddin Mangala Lakshwadeep Express to the new Contractor appointed by the Railways.
2. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that proceedings for arbitration are in the process of being initiated is recorded.
3. The applications are closed with no order as to costs.
