ORDER
The petitioner - R.Bhuvaneshwari may appear before the second respondent viz., the Special Officer, Block Development Officer, BDO Office, Mayilam Post, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District on 30.01.2020 at 11.00 am and give a representation in writing to the second respondent.
On receipt of the representation, the second respondent may consider the same, hold an enquiry, give the petitioner sufficient opportunity to put forth her case and make enquiries with any other person as required and pass orders on the representation on or before 28.02.2020 following the provisions of Street Vendors (Protection of Lively hood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
2. With the above directions, the writ petition itself is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
