3. Be that as it may, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that writ petitioner's driving licence has since been returned on Friday (11.03.2022) and therefore, the captioned writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the aforementioned stated position of writ petitioner, captioned Writ Petition is disposed of as closed as the same has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
