The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner-Metropolitan Transport Corporation made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent-workman was reinstated into service. Accordingly, the Award is implemented.

entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
