This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Salem, instead of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2985 of 2024 dated 13.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2985 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 13.02.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 05.04.2024.
