2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 27.04.2016, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute and hence, no positive direction can be given. The complainant has not even stated the date on which, he was intimidated.
4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
