ORDER
The petitioner has moved the second respondent with his representation dated 20.02.2021 seeking transfer of patta bearing Nos.122 and 340, as concerning a certain extent of property in S.No.272/2 and S.No.272/1 of Mummuni Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, in her favour.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents, and makes a statement on instruction that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 02.06.2021 in the office of the Tahsildar, Vandavasi Taluk / second respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 02.06.2021.
