... Respondents Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to set aside the award dated 06.01.2012 passed by the sole arbitrator in the matter of arbitration disputes and difference arose between K.Perumalsamy, and

the General Manager (TN), Food Corporation of India, Greams Road, Chennai in the agreement dated 23.03.2011 for construction of godown at Virudhunagar and allow the claim as prayed for. This Original Petition alongwith O.P.Nos. 17, 18, 20 of 2012 coming on this day before this Court for hearing through video conferencing in the presence of Mr.R.Rajarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner herein and Mr.V.Srikanth, Advocate for the 1st respondent herein and upon reading the petition and the Award dated 06.01.2012 filed herein, and the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this court to withdraw all the Original Petitions and this court doth recordig the same, it is ordered as follows:- That the O.P.No.19 of 2012 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

2. That there shall be no costs.
