This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2018. Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 16.07.2018. Subsequently, notice was ordered to the unserved respondent through substitute service on 20.08.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date, without any interim order. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for both the parties have agreed to maintain status quo as on date, till the disposal of the appeal. 3.
