This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 16.04.2013 made in I.A.No.1788 of 2012 in O.S.No.11628 of 2010 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.

3. In view of the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
