Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2020 for requesting the 1st respondent to measure the petitioner's land situated in Old.S.No.19/2, New R.S.No.20/2, old S.No.19/3, new R.S.No.20/3 and old S.No.8/1, new R.S.Nos.18/8, 21/2, 21/4 to the extent of 3.13 1/3 acres, No.17, Naduvanandhal Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District within a stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court fixes. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2020 for requesting the 1st respondent to measure the petitioner's land situated in Old.S.No.19/2, New R.S.No.20/2, old S.No.19/3, new R.S.No.20/3 and old S.No.8/1, new R.S.Nos.18/8, 21/2, 21/4 to the extent of 3.13 1/3 acres, No.17, Naduvanandhal Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District within a stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court fixes. 2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 04.06.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 04.06.2021.
