This application has been filed to implead the applicants herein as the defendants 6 and 7 who are the third parties in the suit.

2. Despite opportunities given, the respondents have not filed their counter which shows that they have no serious objection for allowing this application.

3. The applicants have stated in the accompanying affidavit that the defendants 3 to 5 are not qualified persons as they are functioning as Secretary, Vice President and Treasurer of the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council, the very image and reputation of the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council have come down very badly and therefore, the applicants have to be impleaded and without them, no effective decision has been arrived by this Court.

4. Perused the affidavit and the reasons stated in the affidavit is

satisfied. Hence, the application is allowed and the applicants herein are impleaded as defendants 6 & 7.

5. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint and the defendants 6 and 7 are directed to file their written statement within ten days.
