This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.689/2024/A1, dated 12.02.2024.
2. The content of the notice purportedly have been sent under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., does not satisfies the ingredient mentioned under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, the petitioner herein is before this Court challenging the summons issued for appearance.
3. This Court also finds that there is some error in the notice which does not satisfy the requirement under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. Hence, the said notice which is impugned in this Criminal Original Petition is hereby quashed. The respondent police is at liberty to issue fresh notice in accordance with law and proceed.
