ORDER

The above I.A. has been kept pending for filing of counter affidavit since 24.06.2021. The said application has been filed for an injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner / plaintiff.

2. Considering the relief sought for, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif to proceed to pass orders in the said I.A.No.3 of 2021 on or before 30.04.2022 irrespective of respondents filing their counter or not.

3. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
