This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, S.5 Pallavaram Police Station, Chennai, to register a case based on his complaint dated 11.05.2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.324 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.324 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
