O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33502 of 2015, thereby setting aside the punishment of termination of service and also directed the respondent to impose some other minor punishment on the petitioner's husband.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that now the workman/the petitioner's husband died and as directed by this Court, the respondent settled all the terminal benefits to the petitioner. He further submitted that now the petitioner is also receiving family pension of her deceased husband/workman.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Petition is closed.
