This application has been filed seeking to set aside the ex-parte order dated 02.08.2022 passed against the 4th defendant.

2.It is stated that written statement had already been filed by the 3rd to 8th defendants, but there has been an order setting aside the present applicant / 4th defendant, ex-parte.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, this application stands allowed. The Registry to note that the exparte order as against the 4th defendant is set aside.
