2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.76 of 2016 and the same was closed on 30.03.2016, as the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the complaint. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
