This petition is filed to extend the time for the further period of six months to complete the investigation and file final report as per the direction given by this Court by its order dated 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2520 of 2021. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners submitted that the investigation could not be completed and he requires six months time to complete the investigation and file final report. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for extending the time.
