2.The prayer made in this writ petition to issue a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to carry out the repairs on the petitioner's pipeline as per permission granted by the Block Development Officer on 17.07.2015 in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3471/2014/Thi.1, dated 17.07.2015 on the basis of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.527 of 2015 dated 09.01.2015, does not survive at this length of time, in the opinion of this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
