ORDER

By following the earlier decision of this Court made in W.P.No.8205 of 2011, dated 19.04.2016, this Court has allowed the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.33227 of 2016 vide a common order dated 22.09.2016, directing the respondents to count half of the service rendered by the petitioner on temporary basis along with regular service rendered by him, for the purpose of grant of pensionary benefits.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 22.09.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the respondents as well as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
