CRIME NO.889/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No. 24789 of 2021 directing the petitioners to report before the Respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.24789 of 2021 dated 06.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the charge sheet not yet filed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., instead of every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 23/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
