This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the written representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the written representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2020 has been considered by the first respondent on 26.02.2021 and an order has been passed and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner through registered post on 15.03.2021 and acknowledgment for the said communication has also been produced.

3. In view of the said submision made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order communicated by the first respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
