This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (c ) in the above Crl.OP.No.35225 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearings without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
