Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to clear the sewage block made by the respondents 5 to 8 immediately for the complaint dated 26.12.2024 and the 1st respondent may be directed to present physically while the sewage block is being cleared. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to clear the sewage block made by the respondents 5 to 8, for the complaint dated 26.12.2024 and the 1st respondent may be directed to present physically while the sewage block is being cleared.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1, the learned counsel for R2 and the learned Standing counsel for R3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board had visited the property and found that there is no block in the sewerage pipeline outside the building. The owner of the building has to engage a plumber to clear the blocks in the pipe line within the premises or to repair the same.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for R1 submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 21.12.2024 and after understanding between the parties, the petitioner had given a letter dated 26.12.2024 to the first respondent wherein it is stated as follows :- "(i)That Krishnakumar accepted to clear the drainage block on 27.12.2024 without fail.
(ii)That the pipelines will be relaid so that it does not come inside the house.
(iii)That the costs for relaying of pipes will be borne by parties equally.
(iv)That the sewerage tax will be paid on 21.12.2024 by both of the parties equally."

5. This Court recorded the submissions so made by the learned standing counsel for R3 and the letter dated 26.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent.
