Prayer:This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of 1/4

India to issue writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 08.09.2012 and quash the same so far as fixing the age limit for BC and MBC candidates as 32 years and further direct the 3rd respondent to sponsor the name of the name of the petitioners for the post of Helper (Electrical) in the 2nd Respondent Department.
