ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint given by one Kasi, the respondent police is frequently asking the petitioner and harassing him under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass him.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and only based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police is conducting investigation and the petitioner is required to cooperate with the police authorities with regard to the investigation to be conducted based on his complaint.

4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since there is no harassment by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police, the present criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
