For Petitioners : Mr.J.Muthukumaran [in all W.Ps.] For Respondents : Mr.P.Sathish [in all W.Ps.] Additional Government Pleader ***** COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent, viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruppathur, to conduct fresh enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioners on 28.12.2022 as per the directions issued by the first respondent through communication dated 12.02.2024 in the light of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.Nos.5355, 5361 & 5359 of 2021, dated 25.11.2021.
2. When these matters came up for hearing on 05.03.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take written instructions and to report before this Court. Accordingly, these matters were listed for hearing today.

3. When these matters were taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that fresh enquiry is going to be conducted by the second respondent and the date has been fixed on 04.04.2025 at 11.00 a.m.
4. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry after affording opportunity to all the interested parties and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from 04.04.2025.
These writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
