ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 332, 353 and 427 of I.P.C, in Crime No.610 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the copy of the FIR copy and anticipatory bail petition placed on record.

3. The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in a case registered against her on the complaint given by the Sub-Inspector of police, alleging that, when the de facto complainant along with his team, went to the place of the petitioner herein in respect of enquiry in Crime No.610 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 332, 353 and 427 of I.P.C, this petitioner and others have abused the police team and also attacked them with hands and prevented them from discharging their duty.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner and the gravity of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
