ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i) of the Prohibition Act and 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act in Crime No. 94 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 15 bottles of illicit liquor, without any valid permission. Hence, the complaint.
3. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 07.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30332 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5. Taking into consideration the nature of offence and the fact that there are 59 previous cases of a similar nature, against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."
4. since the petitioner has 59 previous cases, this court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order and there is no change in circumstances.
