ORDER

The very order dated 31.07.2024 passed by this Court itself indicate that this Court has directed the petitioner to file a comprehensive civil suit in respect of the retainable portion of the land. While quashing the order of the revenue proceedings, this Court has specifically directed to establish the right by filing comprehensive civil suit. Therefore, now, the grievance of the petitioner is that status quo ante to be restored, since, the revenue proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2064/2022/A1 dated 18.01.2024 is set aside by this Court.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the view that even status quo ante is restored, same will not give any absolute right to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy as directed by this Court.
