ORDER

The petitioner claims that he is the son of a certain Kumar, and was born to him through his second wife Kala. Kumar was earlier married to one Radhamalli, through whom he had two daughters namely Ushanandhini and Sindhu. The second respondent has given the legal heir certificate only to Ushanandhini and Sindhi, and he ignored the name of the petitioner. The petitioner therefore filed a representation to both the respondents to cancel the said legal heir certificate.

2. Heard Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Court now directs the first respondent to treat the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 as an appeal, hold an enquiry and hear all those who will be likely to be affected by this order and dispose of the matter within a period of twelve weeks from today. 2/4
