This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 19.04.2016, it is seen that there was a dispute between the tenant and the land lord, with respect to the return of advance amount. The dispute is civil in nature.
4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
