In view of the compromise entered into between the appellant and the respondents 17 and 18 in C.M.S.A No.44 of 2013, nothing survives for further adjudication in C.R.P No.3820 of 2013 as parties to the said Civil Revision Petition are also parties to C.M.S.A No.44 of 2013.
