This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate Crime No.27/2014 expeditiously and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to investigate Crime No.27/2014 expeditiously and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
