The petitioner is aggrieved against the demand notice dated 25.11.2016.

2, Mr.K.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that no order of assessment was served on the petitioner before issuing the impugned demand notice. Thus, it is stated that the petitioner has sought for furnishing such copy of order of assessment through their letter dated 25.02.2017 and the said request has not been considered so far.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the request of the petitioner will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered and the appropriate orders will be passed, without loss of further time.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 25.02.2017 and pass orders on the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
