O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.15188 of 2017, dated 16.06.2017.

2. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 16.6.2017 passed in W.P.No.15188 of 2017, by passing an order today i.e. 11.12.2017. The respondent is also present in the Court.

3. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the contempt petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders passed by this Court, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending.
