O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the I.A.No.1736 of 2016 in O.S.No.664 of 2016

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that an interlocutory application in I.A.No.1737 of 2016 was filed on 20.12.2016 and the trial court was ordered notice on the same day. Inspite of several adjournments, the said I.A, was not disposed of. The counter has been filed on 06.01.2017. The said I.A. is kept pending for long time. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present civil revision petition for early disposal of the suit.

Considering the long pendency of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.1736 of 2016 from 20.12.2016, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the I.A.No.1736 of 2016 in O.S.No.664 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
