Respondents PRAYER:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.9 of 2021 registered on the Petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct therespondents to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.9 of 2021 registered on the Petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the interference of certain Advocates, the respondents have not duly investigating the matter and he would pray that investigation done by the third respondent may be monitored by the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2021 and file the final report within a period of four months from today. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent on monthly basis.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
