O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed that ''the petitioner shall execute a bond worth Rs.10,000/- and produce two sureties for the like sum;(one surety for blood surety and another surety for original patta or original sale deed in name of surety)'' by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagapattinam in Crl.M.P.No.9360 of 2019 dated 26.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the condition imposed by the trial Court is that one of the sureties must produce original patta or original sale deed in the name of the surety and no surety will have to surrender their original title documents.

3. It is obvious that no one would part with the title documents and inasmuch as the trial Court has chosen to grant bail to the petitioner. This condition is suitably modified and the petitioner is directed to produce the Photostat copy along with original patta or original sale deed in the name of surety for the Court to ascertain it.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
