This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the present C.R.P.
2. Mr.Prakash Goklaney, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that during the trial, the 12th petitioner Mr.M.S.Varadarajan passed away. He would submit that as the subject matter of the suit does not call for the impleading legal heirs of 12th petitioner and the relief claimed are personal in nature, the said petitioner is not shown in the cause title. Hence, the cause title would be differed from that of certified copy and accordingly, this petition is filed to accept the cause title.
3. The learned counsel for respondents appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the Civil Revision Petition it is otherwise found to be in order.
