Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the 2nd respondent has taken a decision to refrain from shifting any shop to the proposed location in the Writ Petition. In view of the same, the petitioner herein may not have any further grievance.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
