O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.8400 of 2015, dated 25.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner had given three proposals. Out of thee proposals, one proposal has been accepted by the respondent and it has been agreed that they will grant patta in favour of the petitioner to that extent and an order to the said effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been passed on 06.04.2016. The Tahsildar, Tiruvallur, who is present in Court has submitted that he may be granted reasonable time to grant patta to the extent which has now been agreed to before this Court.

3. Accordingly, the respondent shall comply with the undertaking given before this Court vide its proceedings dated 06.04.2016 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner not later than 09.06.2016. It is needless to state that the field map should also be appropriately corrected and other records so as to ensure that the petitioner has perfect title over the property in question.
