PRAYER: This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for committing contempt of this Court by disobeying the directions contained in the order of this Court dated 22.02.2016 in W.P.No.35113 of 2015.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 22.02.2016 passed in W.P.No.35113 of 2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ Transport Corporation made a submission that the order of the Court had already been implemented and the dues https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ were settled in favour of the employees. In support of his

stand, he produced details regarding the submission of dues. Even the interest amount has been settled in favour of the employees.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that there are certain discrepancies in the calculation. However, such discrepancies in the calculation of the dues cannot be adjudicated in Contempt Petition and it is left open to the petitioner to approach competent authority, if any such discrepancies are noticed. 4.However, the fact remained that the order of this Court had already been implemented and the dues are settled, accordingly, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt petition and the Contempt petition stands closed.
