W.M.P.No.7054 of 2023 in W.P.No.6952 of 2023 W.M.P.No.7054 of 2023 in W.P.No.6952 of 2023 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original 'impugned Memorandum dated 13.02.2023 bearing reference Na.Ka.Aa2/1831/2023 passed by the first respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that only photocopy of the impugned order was served on the writ petitioner. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a paragraph of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

''The respondent serve the Xerox copy of the impugned memorandum dated 13/02/2023 Hence dispense with production of the Xerox copy of impugned order.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
