Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.6433 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.12565 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6433 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12565 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6433 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12565 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
