O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to modify one of the condition namely "one of the surety from local area" in the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi in Crl.M.P.No.1729 of 2017 dated 12.04.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to Tiruvarur District and the occurrence is alleged to have taken place in Pollachi and therefore, he is not in a position to produce surety from the area of Pollachi.

4. Considering the above facts, the above condition in the order dated 12.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1729 of 2017 is modified as follows :

"Instead of one of the surety from local area, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is to produce both the sureties of his blood relative. Rest of the conditions remain unaltered."
