These miscellaneous petitions has been filed by the respective petitioners to implead them as party respondents in the above writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.28428 of 2012 has also not raised any serious objection for allowing these writ petitions subject to the condition that the petitioner's rights are protected when the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection for allowing these writ petitions. 4.
Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed as prayed for. It is made clear that the impleading petitions are allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in W.P.No.28428 of 2012.
