Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to consider his representations dated 09.10.2020 and 23.12.2020.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the communication dated 25.06.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.1498/2021/A1 addressed by one Saravanan, Tahsildar, Tambaram to the Special Government Pleader, High Court, Madras, wherein, it is stated that, alteration could take place in the records and Patta would be uploaded in the system and only thereafter, a copy of the same could be furnished. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since no reply was sent to the Petitioner by the Public Information Officer, a Reply may be forwarded to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, based on the communication of the Tahsildar, Tambaram.
