Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that pending writ petition, the petitioner has settled the entire dues to the respondent, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.

3.In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the Rev.Appl.SR.No. 38884 of 2012 is rejected. Consequently, M.P.1 of 2014 filed to condone the delay of 787 days in filing Review Application is dismissed.
